Triceps built only with push ups and dumbells pull overs

Bro how can you be 6'4? Ive seen many ppl questioning it and im starting to aswell.

Look at that door frame if your 6 feet 4 that means you are supose to be like 2 inches shorter then the door frame. Average door frame is like 6 feet 6. But you look a solid 5 inches shorter then it.

You must be a height larper.

Unless that door is the gate to fking hell and is gigantic.

Door is big not gonna lie, my older bro is 6'5 and i have alot of 6'4+ in my family so idc of ppl think I larp or not, im 190cm tall not 6'4

this is a regular dumbbell pullover, the triceps are indeed involved but minimally, its similar to the way biceps are involved in flies/pec deck

Usually pull ups, push ups, squats, bicep curl pull over dumbell shoulder press and call it a day

this is a regular dumbbell pullover, the triceps are indeed involved but minimally, its similar to the way biceps are involved in flies/pec deck
Do them with 1 arm only and without bending the arm but using ur scapula-torax to mové the weight, the strecth in the tricep is amazing

No you're wrong this guy explained it really well

Matter of fact, the triceps are involved geartly on the stretch part of pull ups too as well as the pecs since they do shoulder extension

Thats why not locking out and not going all they way down on pull ups is ideal because up to that point lats lose leverage and its all pecs and triceps

I have similar build but I struggle to gain mass without losing facial sharpness any tips?
Its genetics, everyone store fat differently some people still have a Sharp jawline peak bulk

You just have to suck it up and bulk then cut until you're satisfied with your physique to the point where bulking isn't necessary so u just have to maintain what u already have

I mean that's what I've been doing but I heard it's from higher test levels making the facial structure more define even bulked up

I don't think its true after finishing puberty
 
I only do skullcrushers for tricep after I do 5 sets i legit cant do anything else anyways

5 sets is too much volume only if your abusing steroids otherwise it's too much

How is that not true 5 sets to failure every set will not allow you to train anything else efficiently not only that but you'll need atleast 5 days to recover and that's if your bulking

Well I focus smaller weights and higher reps so I feel like more sets works better for me.

I always thought you had to build it with tricep pushdowns with cable machines only
No u can also do dips at home just get chairs and make sure to put weights on the chairs so u dont fall

Wtf are you talking, rest days is cope just listen to ir body if you can workout with no rest then you should, only rest when the body really need it
