So yesterday i bonesmashed my brow ridge area, cheekbones, jaw and chin and i feel like shit. My cheekbones were SUPER swollen yesterday even my family members noticed lmao its ridiculous. WELL KIDS BONESMASHING WORKS BUT DONT OVERDO IT LIKE ME ALL UR FEEL LIKE ALCOHOLIC
