Anyway I'm on 300mg pregab on nights out. I'ved used it twice before. First time I got like a drunk dizziness but didnt change my anxiety. Second time, I didn't get that dizziness again but I had low anxiety and worked really good.

My question is should I use baclo by itself, if so what dosage. Or should I do it with pregab, what dose?

why do you think it worked one time and not the other?

I only tried it once I tihnk, but it didn't effect inhibtions. Just made me a bit 'wobbly' lol

Same with me, maybe u need to try it again, worked for me.

Drugging yourself instead of fixing your mental health is a pretty dumb and lazy approach

yeah let me just sit down and meditate for an hour, that will make low inhib for sure bro.

You talking like anxiety and inhibition is something you can't change. It's always a result of some kind of trauma. But these things are fixable.

There's literally no other way, tell me a way and I'll try it and get back to u. I ain't doing it if it's extremely bluepilled like meditating or "just have confidence"

Go to a therapist or try to get to the bottom of it by yourself, there is a lot of videos on youtube and books on the topic. I think especially therapy is not seen as very good here for some reason, but I think it's a much better way to go about it then drugs. At least you are facing the problem and not trying to hide it with drugs. Personally I have never tried it but I know people who have and had great success.

I think most people are very emotional when trying to face these kinds of problems. I think being able to talk to someone who is more detached can help a lot. You can obviously do the same by trying to be very rational about things, but I know that can be hard especially if you are young.

I know my trauma and how these problems were caused. I'm not afraid to speak it. You are imposing that I speak to someone about my problems and understand it. Understanding can help to some extent but won't get me over my social anxiety. But you didn't answer my question.

How will going to therapy help me get over social anxiety.

therapy is cope, tbh. Just being gaslit by someone on an armchair. 'How do you feel about that?', 'how does that make you feel?', 'and why is it actually a problem if you look silly and girls don't find you attractive?'' lol

could be something weird with how the drug works in that, even though it's effects are almost instant, it's also said that it can takes weeks to build up properly in your system. So maybe theres a weird middle ground where you need to take it like 3 or 4 days in a row and on the 3rd/4th day is where it will work better as opposed to just making one feel wobbly? Who knows

Have you ever tried it ? Personally I haven't but I know and heard of people who have and got great results.

I don't really think it is how you are portraying it. I think that's just a stupid sterotype trying to oversimplify something people study years for

How can you be so sure of that if you haven't tried it ? All the people I hear saying it's some bullshit cope are people who have never went to a session. I haven't either but I'm just encouraging you to try it because in principle to me it seems like a much better way to face the problem compared to taking drugs (you aren't even facing the problem there, just avoiding it)

Well the purpose of therapy is to find a way to overcome it. The way you overcome a psychological problem is different for everyone

At the end of the day, its the biggest cope in the book, Ill much rather drug myself then sit in an armchair for 3 hours and talk to a complete stranger about my problems. I don't care about "facing the problem", I care about reaching the cure in the fastest and most effective time possible, even if it is "avoiding the problem" because at least it works

was on 300 pregab, decided to throw in baclo, i started at 20 baclo and i legit couldnt move, i felt like i always had to sit down and holy fuck lying down felt so good. dropped the dosage to 10 baclo and increased pregab to 450 since then. added in prop and selegiline aswell. point being start low to assess your tolerance, everyone is different

no. i coped and tried 150 pregab first, then 300, stayed at 300 solo for a month or two once a week or eow, added in baclo, then increased pregab. i wanted to experiment since yolo so i threw in baclo for fun but overdid it. stopped feeling reduced anxiety of 300 after a while and i wanted more so i bumped to 450. recently i tried 600 pregab +10 baclo+caffeine and a couple drinks but honestly after 450 it all feels the same to me

i didn’t, i think it’s kinda useless by itself unless u wanna try it once at home, but either way ur gonna be adding pregab aswell so unless u try both together at home its pointless, gonna have a diff reaction anyways. realistically nothing bad is gonna happen js start at a low dose combination to assess tolerance
