Low dose pharma grade meth is very effective in case of legit adhd but still it's pretty easy to abuse and chase high. Also, street meth is dirtier, obviously.

just be aware that the comedown from methylphenidate is way worse than amphetamines. the vyvanse comedown just makes me a little tired and less motivated, the methylphenidate comedown removes all motivation to do anything but sit/lay down and do nothing. makes me depressed as shit for like an hour it really sucks

One dose unlikely, but if you get quite high on it you may end up liking it psychologically "wow, it was good, would like to do it more someday, I'll do in moderation, just one hit...". If you have addictive personality and had issues with additions in the past, be very careful with this all.
