Triluma or hydroquinone+tretnion 0.025

I was on hydroquinone daily + tretnion 0.025 3 times a week last time got results whenever I increase tretnion to alternate days it fk my barrier and make skin look dull and worse
Cause it is sensitive
I should do my old cycle
Or triluma for 2 months and anything else I should add so don't rape my skin
