so apparently my surgery got changed a bit in the OR. jutting has become so natural that i frauded the ct scans on accident so they ended up giving me a few more mm of advancement with my bsso and i got a segmental le fort. im guessing to reposition the segments for a better bite.

this shit is terrible don't do it unless ur assymetric to the point where it affects ur life every day or severely recessed. super long recovery

anyways the results were more or less what i expected but im happy

rhinoplasty cuz my short ramus makes my front look good already it would look weird with a long ramus but idk yet im not lean enough to judge
