would i benefit from 2-3mm maxillary advancement with 5 degrees ccw?( philtrum convexity and nose changes).would i benefit from infraorbital implants? mandible advancement proposed is 8mm+8mm genio with 4mm genio downgraft. that isn't the definitive plan as i will have to decomp since my lower incisors are crazy flared out. would that be enough to ascend me?​
