Trimax + Gymmaxx + Leanmaxx Ascension

I took it the other day but tbh I am probably doing like a “micro-jut” I’ve kinda come to habitually do it as my resting posture I think.

Jutting hard used to make me look a lot better when I was recessed with SFS. Now that I no longer have an overbite, jutting to any significant degree of course makes me look prognathic.

Here I am definitely not jutting:

How was the recovery? Any issues or just swelling?
Mostly not too bad. Had a period of bad TMJ pain when I started talking a lot socialising again.

Also two dead teeth that required root canal, then whitening as went gray.

Mirin. Did you receive any ramus widening? And if so, how much?

People often say you need to pair a bimax like this with zygo implants so the cheekbones don't look left behind but your outcome proves it's not always necessary
Yeah see my message a few above about this

Maxilla 4.5mm downgraft, and ~4.4mm advancement but there were some last minute changes so not certain on the advancement

Mandible approximately 9mm and 11mm (correcting asymmetry)

Genioplasty I think like 6mm down and 2mm forward (I’m looking at screenshots from one of my consultations to figure this out and the numbers are all pasted on top of each other)

The maxilla downgraft and mandible advancement are the numbers I’m certain on
What about rotation?

No rotation. I think I previously thought I’d had a tiny bit of clockwise but I was mistaken. It was pagnoni that wanted to do a tiny bit of that. His plan was less advancement.

Agreed I wasn’t khhv but I’d only had sex with one quite ugly girl that I pulled at a club due to physique (even though I was much fatter then)

Had trimax with Ramieri at the beginning of 2024. Finally got decently lean.

how do u fraud 3 inches
Mix of hard plastic and synthetic cork lifts that actually add ~1.7 inches altogether (not muh 4 inch lifts that are squishy as hell) which is damn near the biggest you can fit.

Put them in high top AF1 or even better, these:
IMG 9679

So arguably I’m frauding more like 2 inches, but the total increase from barefoot is a bit over 3 and I’ll claim 5’10” on OLD

Other options I like are timberland arbor road boots or proper elevator shoes/boots (which I have a bunch of) and then add lifts to as well. For most boots, you actually can’t fit that much lift in them cos of the shape so proper elevator ones are way better, same for formal shoes.

I autistically went all in on this to cover every scenario. I’ve got elevator slides for indoors, I’ve got low top elevator shoes as well that add a bit less if the situation calls for it. It’s perfectly fine to sometimes fraud a little less or little more, so long as nobody sees you both fully fraudmaxxed and barefoot.

Hard to put on a scale with no reference points but maybe 5/10? First 48 hours sucked. Mostly smooth sailing after that. Tbf the TMJ pain I later developed was maybe the worst pain of my life when it flared up but it would flare up for a very short time after moving my jaw too much talking, etc. All of that was gone by like 2 months post op I think.

The soft food diet I didn’t mind at all, blenders are great. I easily ate lots of calories and barely lost any weight.

Private room in hospital for 2 nights then back to my airnbnb for a couple of weeks before flying home. I strangely have fond memories of my peaceful existence in Rome whilst recovering.

Also I want to add some lifefuel for any aspiring heightfrauders. One time I pulled a girl at a club who was the same height as me whilst I was frauding. Now normally I’m more careful but went back and fucked in the bed then fucked her in the shower barefoot so I was now noticeably shorter than her, she didn’t say anything and was still texting me the next day.

I’ve also been barefoot in front of some people that have also seen me frauding. I do try to avoid this and especially avoid a sharp transition but nobody has ever given any indication of noticing. If some people have I don’t really care. If I ever get called out then I would say that I need heel lift insoles for Achilles tendinitis.

After just a month I looked pretty normal and already much better than pre-surgery. After 2 months even better and stopped noticing changes really. But when I look back now I can see that I did still have a fair bit of swelling at 2 months post. I’m not really sure when changes stopped because it’s so gradual. People normally say at least a year, but I was most of the way there and looking better long before that. It was like the opposite of exponential growth.

You’ll be able to get a reasonable idea of how it will look from the 3D model from the planning software before you commit to surgery. I think my results are a little better than this would’ve suggested even because it doesn’t account for soft tissue changes which are often (but not always) for the better like my skin is now more stretched out from the extra bonemass so I instantly looked leaner even before I actually got any leaner. Also younger I think because it got rid of sagginess in the submental area and stuff like that.

But obviously you need something that needs correcting in order to benefit. And I had SFS which has bigger potential for improvement than most people.

Soft tissue stretching is actually one of my concerns as well. Surgeon suggested CCW rotation with advancement for lower jaw so idk how my soft tissue will react to that. My zygoes and infraorbitals are pretty sunken too (midface basically) so he suggested subtle implants but I'm still worried I'll look uncanny or unnatural.

My infras are a little recessed (not terrible) so I was strongly considering getting implants for that at the same time but it would’ve pushed things out of budget and I do think implants are a little more risky in terms of being hard to get right. Easily replaced but you need the funds.

You could try filler, I think this forum slates it a bit more than deserved because it’s not the most ideal solution compared to well designed implants, but it’s a lot more practical.

This was all so much easier than you might think. Immediate family know everything. Extended family and friends know I had jaw surgery but I say I had developing sleep apnea and TMJ issues. People quickly get used to things and forget. They don’t know I went to Rome, I’d be expected to be out of commission for a while even if I had the surgery at home.

I didn’t have a very good social life with lots of friends anyway. I already have a lot more now, I’m active in a few circles and I don’t tell anyone about the surgery but also I wouldn’t care much if people somehow found out.

Makes sense makes sense. Immediate family know it was for aesthetics reasons?
Family members of mine have hardmaxxed on some normie shit, cousin got jaw surgery for overbite and some have gotten bypass surgery with tummy tuck surgery.
For some reason that is seen as acceptable yknow, but roids and trimax seen as too far for some reason.
So i wouldn't know how much to larp and how much to not larp.
Thoughts?

Yes they know the true reasons, parents and siblings know everything and I don’t care at all.

It’s like the whole “you shouldn’t care what anybody thinks” thing. It’s kinda cope cos what people think affects how they treat you, etc, but also it kinda isn’t cope because you shouldn’t care just for the sake of it, my family aren’t super fucked up so this doesn’t affect my relationship with them.

Yeah fixing overbite or underbite is technically a functional issue but tbh in most cases I think it’s primarily done for aesthetics and normies are rarely ashamed of this. If it’s considered a deformity, it’s justifiable in their minds. I did technically have an overbite, but definitely not severe enough for surgery to be worthwhile just for that.

Tbh even with some of my friends I haven’t exactly completely hidden that I’m aware I’ve experienced aesthetic benefits and we would joke about my “terminator jaw” and shit.

I feel like roids maybe has the worst reputation even though it’s completely reasonable if somebody wants to do that. It has associations with vanity, “toxic masculinity”, insecurity, stupidity (because it’s viewed as dangerous), and stuff with needles is seen as “bad” by normies because it’s scary to them.

Yeah I agree, but I think honestly if i ever do a procedure like that I would larp even to my parents and say it was because of tmj and sleep apnea issues. ( i have had a sleep study already which said i had very mild apnea risk but this was before being lean)
While roids and shit like that I would just outright deny and hide tbh.

I'm already a senior in college so I feel like I could easily larp after getting a job a "work trip" to some place while i just get surgeries there.

but then again maybe im overthinking it

Good luck bro. One of the main ways to tell if the issue is short maxilla that downgrafting can fix is to look at how bad your tooth show is.

My smile isn’t perfect but it’s 1000x better than before where it was subhuman. Now that I can smile like a normal person, I’m naturally way more charismatic and likeable than before. I should’ve included this in the original post.

Yeah was in ratings I think with full face so I deleted to maintain a degree of anonymity.

And I wanted to share now because I think the results are now fully realised after time and fat loss.

I did have some ramus widening but very little I believe about 1-2mm or so based on what he said in the consultation.

My bigonial width is still subpar tbh but it’s a more minor flaw compared to what I have addressed with the trimax.
No need to explain yourself, I would do the same - I was just making sure I was remembering correctly.

Your transformation is definitely one of the best I've seen on here. I'm mirin hard. SFS cels have no excuse not to get Trimax, it will change their life permanently.

BTW your bigonial width is not a flaw at all, the right choice was definitely made with the movements. It's 88% ish in this selfie photo - and selfies are known to distort the reality. More width and you would have likely become an ogre with lower harmony.

Yep it's the best practical way to diagnose if you have actual clinical SFS or not. You don't ever want to fall into a trap where you falsely diagnose yourself, go to the wrong surgeon, and get yourself botched.

I agree it doesn’t seem to look bad there (or in general really) but this tool consistently says it’s too narrow on all photos including that one

However, I don’t plan on making decisions based purely on what a tool tells me and indeed I could very easily become ogre with too much width. I won’t be doing any further hardmaxxing anytime soon for minor improvements.

Agree. Of course, a good surgeon will not accept your case and knowingly make you look worse, but unfortunately, many probably will.

how long did it all take?

how long did it all take?
Several months in the planning stage due to me deciding on things like what surgeon to go with, etc. could easily have been done in a month tbh

Only about 1 month of hermitmaxxing before I could speak well enough to socialise again (swelling meant I could hardly speak at first and then I had a lisp for a while). Many months for all swelling to go but I already looked better then before very shortly after surgery.

Orthodontic refinement has taken forever, I literally just finished the other day, but not a big problem at all as I had Invisalign, not braces. I couldn’t start for quite a while post-op as I had to wait for my mouth to be able to open wide enough to do intra-oral scans. Aesthetically my smile and occlusion looked fine in no time, then it just took absolutely forever to really fine-tune my occlusion.

Lol, that tool is as good as useless bro. It is known for being widely inaccurate.

I measured your actual bigonial width and it's fine, I don't think it was even necessary because your gonions visibly look good.
