also genetic engineering of fetuses is not so far away or already here, I would just wait for that or look into embryo selection

dehiscence is a risk you'll have to accept if you want to ascend, and if you pick the right surgeon the risk will be relatively low

considering Ramieri has denied you, your case is nothing like OP. Trimax only ascended OP as hard as it did because he had SFS which has a high ceiling of improvement for both frontal and side profile. It will be entirely different for you, you likely have normal range facial growth, orthodontic surgery will not make nearly as much of an impact if at all.

Ramieri did post my case but I was mega bloated in the afters from swelling and then water retention in the 6 months post op from getting dehydrated in the heat then saltmaxxing. And I simply had higher bodyfat then too.

No matter how trash my genes, I can mix them with better ones, my offspring has the chance to do the same and “upgrade” further.

Also, if I had the IQ and drive to use the tools of the modern world to improve my situation, that itself is a beneficial heritable trait.
