I’m a non-NT manlet late 20s oldcel with Peter Pan syndrome, but now I slay uni girls every now and again, I get IOIs, validation and admiration. Things aren’t too bad. It’s probably not over for you.

Downgraft over like 2mm always uses bone grafting. Ramieri definitely does but not from the iliac crest
