TRIMAX HELP NEEDED (Severe class II case)

I'm hella confused where to even get started.

I got my cephs, and I'm confused on where to go from here.

I'm thinking of going with dr. valerio ramieri.

However, i need a CBCT for which i need a doctors note, and possibly sleep study?

I'm definitely qualifiable for a trimax, however my only good feature is a non-recessed maxilla.
I've heard mixed feedback on a BSSO + genio procedure, since I'd be doing almost no lefort advancement if done (as mentioned, my maxilla is fine, but my mandibula is fucked beyond all repair)

And then I need to orchestrate this with a local ortho that would do decompensation, yet I don't even know what the procedure is there. Who does the decomp. planning and when? Etc.

Great info. I already booked a consult with my surgeon, and I'm looking into local orthodontics who have done decomp successfully before.

It seems orthos here are painfully bluepilled, but yet here I am..

I sadly definitely need pre-op and post-op orthodontics - non-negotiable requirement..
