AI slip trimax morph I made to simulate my functional trimax for sleep apnea. Probably not realistic at all, but promising.

What I told AI:
bimax with 8-10mm mandible advancement, 2-4mm maxilla advancement, minor ccw rotation, and genioplasty.

a bimax is just a lefort 1 paired with a bsso. trimax isn’t a real term but it’s commonly used to describe a bimax with a genioplasty because there are three areas of advancement

gotcha so bimax and genioplasty. Chatgpt doesn't really give you a good depiction of how you would look after djs and genioplasty, it doesn't know how to simulate the changes in soft tissue and whatnot ( lip placement skin whatever)

yeah makes sense the software surgeons use can’t even predict it either, just hopeful that i can get a result close to the morph
