Hello, i am @depressionmaxxing from other times, im back now because my hardmaxes are about to happen.

Planned: High lefort 1 to advance midface more + M. Posterior Impaction to close Anterior open bite (2mm~), centering asymmetric jaws + advancing (below 10mm everything), no extra rotation, geneoplasty and lower jaw


Can anyone tell me how to speed up and increase regeneration, in form of taking special steroids (hgh)/peptides(Copper)/Doping(BPC 157 or TB-500?)

What things should i buy aswell like vitamins, or headgear and so on, i‘d really appreciate if someone could share their experiences or knowledge on this topic with me.

you can speed up recovery by staying on top of your nutrition, getting good sleep, practicing good oral hygiene, and being in good shape going into surgery.

Do not take any post op drugs your surgeon is not prescribing you. They may give you a steroid but otherwise it is not a good idea, swelling is normal and necessary part of the healing process you do not want to interfere with
Have some means to sleep with your head up/at an angle for a few weeks
Mini toothbrush
Saline spray to clear out nose (to be used after your surgeon permits it)
Humidifier

Steroids have been used in surgery to improve recovery, have shown insane results in some. Pls show evidence against any of those, as this is the only thing i can use to decide

Not sure, he said he‘ll make the cut higher to include more midface, didn‘t show me what varition he meant, might be just making the regular lf1 cut higher or the actual high lf1, not sure. Advancements aren‘t decided either. I think he‘ll do the planning 1day b4 surgery

Just be careful with using drugs or whatever method to reduce swelling unless your surgeon approves of it lol. I guess that applies for all aspects of recovery, I wouldn't interfere on anything non aesthetic related. The swelling will be very annoying initially, but you gotta deal with it.

I almost fucked my result up because I started eating soft foods much earlier than I was allowed to, but thankfully I had a quick recovery + the surgeon would have allowed me anyway. But I got fucking scared after I realized that it could've turned out terribly

You‘re right, only problem is that it‘s illegal to take these medications
