I have a Trimax and rhinoplasty (nose job) scheduled in 10 days with a surgeon who is very Black pilled. Does anyone have any advice on recovery?

Additionally, I will be with a family member after the surgery and I don't want them to know that I had rhinoplasty. Are there any signs, such as bandaging or scars, that will make it obvious that I had surgery on my nose immediately after surgery?

No, it's exactly like a cartoon. They unwrap your face and you have a completely new face without any blood, swelling, bandages, incisions, stiches, cast, constant mucus streaming out of your nose - just a brand new nose.

I'm not concerned of the results change but rather right after the surgery is over if there is gonna be any visible way to tell I had work done on my nose after surgery such as a cast. I realize there may be a cast, but I can play it off as long as the rest if my face is bandaged up as well. That's why I am asking for those that did rhino and Bimax was it obvious you had rhino as well?

Unless the person is a retard, it will be obvious. When I had bimax, they put a cast on my nose to keep it from moving, even though I didn't have rhino. I explicitly told my family that I wasn't having nose surgery, and they still thought I had nose surgery because of the cast, even though I didn't.

The rest of your face won't be bandaged. It'll be swollen though. But you will have a cast, tape, and bloody gauze on your nose. And your nose will be leaking blood and snot. And you will have to take care of it, clean it and stuff.

Thanks for the info.

So did you do it?

How much you paid

So you are saying that bimax is cope?
no? i'm saying for some cases it may be necessary but insufficient for ascension. i was never under the impression that it was all i needed.

Basically my question is: is bimax just for health or it can actually ascend your looks to a point where you look human?
How much on decile scale did it give you?

All you have to do is look at a few B&A to see that it's not *just* for health.

It depends on what your issue is. Do you have short face syndrome? Do you have extremely recessed mandible? Then it will improve your looks and may make you look normal if that's why you look abnormal. If it's just some Hail Mary because you don't actually know what's wrong with your face then who knows.

I'd say I got 2-3 points. It's harder to judge in my case because I didn't go from nothing to bimax. I went from having a large chin implant to bimax plus having chin implant removed.

Insane. Do you have like a thread about this?
No, and probably not what you're thinking. It was from 2-3 to 5, not 5 to 7-8.

Aaa

I'm also an old man. I think my results would have been better if my skin were more youthful.

You are underselling yourself; that looks great.

You went from pimplefaced child to man.

I guess if you wanted you can get angle implants as well.

Thanks, man. But I literally did go from pimplefaced child to man. There's 22 years between the two pictures. It's just that's the last pic I have from before my chin implant.

And, yeah, something in between the original and the morph is what I want.

... And he was not seen since.

I am still a bit swollen. The first 3 days were fucking hell on earth. It was a 100000% worth it. If I were to give a rating on my expectations of aesthetics and of what I wanted post surgery I would give a 8.5/10. Definitely a huge improvement. It did give me nigger nose tho so there's that.

Does your lower third look like this now?

I had a real need for bimah not even for aesthetic reasons and I had SFS so the lower third was the biggest improvement. My results though not as dramatic looks very similar to this.

What about rhino? Why do you have a nigger nose?

Didn't do rhino as results would have been to unpredictable. Had trimax tho and septo for breathing. I will say it improved the aesthetic in terms of having my nose slightly upturned but flared the shit out of my nostrils. Still worth it tho.

Fantastic, great to hear - you can always go in for a rhino after swelling has gone down if you so choose.

Everyone has said that it reduced significantly over the coming months.

Nigga that is dramatic. So I'm guessing you had clockwise rotation done? What were the movements?

Just say your nose got really fucked up in an accident and you were forced to get rhino

Why do even care lmao, just tell them it was septoplasty, due to extreme deviation of the septum
