Trimax + rhino + infras coming soon no BS already approved, chad potential afterwards?

trimax with Dr Bobek already approved through insurance (deviated septum, broken nose, jaw asymmetry, TMJ, sleep apnea) will be getting infras the same day as trimax (out of pocket) and rhino (full coverage) shortly after, also lmk if you need help I larped everything for trimax besides TMJ which hella ppl prolly genuinely have. shit was easy as fuck literally walked into my surgeons room told him everything and he contacted my insurance and got it covered for me, for sleep apnea they tried to make me wear a CPAP and I just told them I cant because I get claustrophobic. your surgeon can pull strings for you they have their ways with insurance they want to make money off you at the end of the day, as long as you at least have some legit functional issues it should not be to hard.

getting my wisdom teeth removed then invisalighn on the 14th so prolly about 6-8 months until trimax and infras

after all this I will prolly do some fat grafting and canthopexy or canthoplasty+upper eyelid retraction depending on how hard this current plan ascends me

this picture of my side profile doesn't show my recession very well because of the angle but i deff do not have forward growth and I have downward growth as you can see in my ct scan

but what do you guys think, will this hardmaxx plan ascend me to Chad? while continuing to softmaxx
