How much mm advancement can you realistically achieve via trimax surgery in the mandible and maxilla ? And how much is considered the upper limit for cosmetic purposes only?

Absolute limit would probably be around 20mm+ total projection, most likely you would already look like a total dogmaxxed idiot with movements this large. Realistic numbers would be around 5mm-10mm for maxilla, 8mm-12mm for the mandible and 6mm-10mm for the chin.

Jaw surgery aint that simple. You cant just push the jaws forward as much as possible and call it a day. There are other aspects like alignment, rotation and shiiiiiiieeet.
