Trip ideas for a 2-3 week vacation? ($40k budget)

I'm thinking flying to Hawaii first class and chilling there for a week surfing. Then first class to Japan to check the place out. Then Thailand to fuck some ladyboys gold digging hoes. Does anyone know if you can fly from Thailand straight to Russia or do you need to go to Turkey first?
