Has anyone seen a before and after result of a Tripod osteotomy? Im curious on how people would look after the surgery since i heard not many people in the world do it. Also whats the complication rate if anyone knows it? (blindness, botch rate etc…) Theres not much detail about it online and is there any other way of increasing PFL?

Yea this is a surgery i likely 99% chance wont get, i was just interested in it because it didnt have much info online about it but thats amazing someone has already done it. but your right maybe im thinking too far ahead on shit i likely wont get, its confirmed im getting cantho next year though at the ezra clinic in London since ive finally saved enough which i guess is a step forward for my future hardmaxxes hahah. But yea your right i should probably chill out


I do have another question actually, before i decide on getting my cantho; i wanted to ask if it effects the placements of orbital implants (infras and lateral). Would you recommend to get it after implants or would it be fine before, itll take me around 1.5- 2 more years to save up enough for implants but i already have enough for cantho next year once im 18 so im just wondering if that would effect your procedures.

Yea 100% thats why i was curious on the results and how the procedure worked, looks quite crazy although i wonder how the results look and if its even that big
