Fat distribution refers to where fat is lost first, last etc. He would have lost face fat, fat is lost from everywhere, even if his face is the last place he loses it from But there are no bones to show, so there’s no definition to hide so remains looking the same regardless of if he is bulked or not.

It’s like if I have a ball, and just add layers to the ball, the ball looks the same. But if I have a square and add layers to it, it will eventually round out, if that makes sense.
