Brahmins don't eat meat even though they can afford it, but they physically decent, less so than khattris, because end of the day they come from Iraq or Greece or somewhere anyway.

Dalits can eat meat but can't afford it, they are physically bad because their genes are tropical, from mainland India, so they are similar to abos/ SEA niggas.

So to simplify u can sayba brahmin never eats meat but eats a lot of dairy, healthy pulses, so prob still gets 40g of protein or so a day, a dalit on average might eat 1kg of cow offal and half a kg of rats or roadkill every year, not enough to move the needle史，cos they prob get 5g of protein a day plus most are calorie deficient anyway.
