I know of better places, but it's not like I'm gonna advertise it or anything (hell, you've probably heard of it before). But even then I doubt you'd know how to use it.

Good. You also have lots of VPSes out there if you want a personal website, but with the link being a static IP address on a different ISP (some of those businesses host criminal stuff depending on which VPS provider you're using, and a lot of them know how to keep it up, so it's p bulletproof, just ignore Google/Azure/AWS/Digital Ocean and stick with more 1A friendly VPSes like SkySilk, since they have a free version you can use to host your website w/o ICANN).
