no one will help you here i have sleeping problems too

Heres what you do I used to have sleep issues all fixed now @MagicalWaves @sub5outsider

-Sunlight in your eyes first thing for 15-20 mins stare at the sky
-Get Flux on Your Computer & Phone
-No Caffine after 2pm
-Blue Blocking Glasses when it Gets Dark
-Magnesium Glycinate 200mg
-No Lying in bed on your phone
-Make Your Room as Dark and Cold as Possible
-Better Quality Pillow, Matress, Sheets Duvet (No Polyester) Cotton, Wool is a good choice
-Sleep Naked
-Don't go Low Carb
-Starchy Carbs Potatoes, Rice during the evening
-Lower Stress During the Day
-Stop taking those fucking pills guarantee they doing you more harm than good

Go apply all of this, and your issues will be solved. Now that you know all this you have zero excuses to have sleep issues

This is all very good advice. In case you're wondering what flux is, it's a program for your PC (and phone too I guess) that changes the color of your screen to an orange color around nighttime, and a more blue color during the day when you need to be awake. It's a very good app to have and I've had had it since around 2015/16

Don't lay down in your bed unless you're going to sleep. Your body won't be able to fall asleep as easily if you lay in bed all day on your phone. Lower your stress levels. Have some food in your stomach too before you try to sleep too because some people can't go to sleep unless they've eaten.
