i am planning on taking 250mg Test E, but rn i am at around 22% bf, i heard i should be at a. 15% bf, so my estrogene levels don't spike. I dont wont to take any ai if possible. Should i just the cycle and pin reta too? or cut down and than take test?

Also, will i get any face bloiting from 250mg? Will it go away?

Why only 250, for what reason do you not want to use an ai and I wouldent worry about “facial bloating” if your at 22% bf your face is alr fat asf

I have done blood test, i have really low test, 250mg to start, after 1-2months i consider 400mg.
No ai because it fucks up your liver (yeah all steroids do that bla bla)

Actually my face isnt that bloated at all, but all these bodybuilders have uhly ass faces i want like a david laid kid face no markus ruhl test monster head

If you truly have very low natraul test you could prolly just get prescribed test and your first priority should be to get to a lower bf also if you don’t want to use an ai for fear of liver risks just stay away from enhancements bc u clearly don’t want to take any risks

Low, but not low enough for my doctor (i have 4.220 and for prescribed test i need ~3.500)

I took 30mg rad140 and 20mg lgd4033 for 3 months, didnt know nothing about usage etc tho, a friend took the same and got some liver problems, so now i am a bit scared of orals (ai is oral isn‘t it?)

Should i use test in the cut? I can easily drop 10lbs in the first month, so that the estrogene doesnt spike like crazy.
