Does it really "fuck you for life fertility wise", or can you cycle off properly and get a ho pregnant years down the line?

I'm tired of constantly seeing the "YEAH BRO TRT IS GREAT (but) your fertility may never return again" shit.

Someone put this to bed for me. It's literally the only thing stopping me right now from dramatically increasing my way of life.
