Well obviously there are vitamins and supplements you should be taking anyway for general health, Zinc, Magnusim, Vitamin D3 Etc, But the ONLY things that are gonna effect ur Final height are Nutrition (High meat High protein High diary diet), your exercise (Daily intense Sprints will increase HGH production), you also wanna SLEEP (9-10hours) MORE is BETTER and thats bascially the only way u can increase it naturally if u do all that

Drink milk morning and night?

Does not really matter, Just drink around 0.5 litres a day and there is beneficial nutrients and some growth hormone
