I 100% agree with you in maintaining your neurotransmitters by keeping social but there is a minimum threshold to social maxx, people on here have mostly tried to social maxx and failed thats how they become black pilled, if you found this website are in the position to get a bimax or almond eye etc you probably fall below the minimum threshold.

Only thing I have been unable to heal is feelings of inadequacy and rejection, lack of self-esteem, no feeling of belonging. Idk if these mental scars will heal
