It's basically saying that Asian men are pugs and undesirable, White-looking Asian men are semi-desirable, comparing them to another breed of dogs, and White men, who are high desirability, are high class dogs

I was looking for it not because I agree with it, but because this image has a completely unknown model that is essentially an irl Naruto
When you reverse search this, you'll all see it's been used in a bunch of other forums to represent the ideal White male
The real question is WHO tf is this man? Where did they grab this photo? He doesn't look like anybody famous I've ever seen but he has no flaws
