lets be honest, if you are truly high iq , like me and @Marsik , u would never get botched, or like it would be very very rare, cause we know exactly what makes us ugly, we know our flaws and strong points on our face, we recognized we had recession in lower third and chin area, we chose a surgeon with a good reputation and analyzed her before and after, we researched on this forum and other sites reviews of the surgeon, we looked at tousands of before and after bimax cases and realized that it can sifgnifantly imrpove your looks if done right, we looked carefully at our surgeons plans and if it matches our ideal view of aestetics, we look if our surgeon is too young or old or other factors (mental healthy, or is a racists selfish bastard for example), we realize that there can be health risks like anastesia that can fuck your brain up , but we also understand brain damage can be counteract by eating a whole food plant based diet after surgery so we can grow new brain cells again, we comprehend that after bimax for example other features like nose can be negatively impacted , so we might need a second surgery like rhino for example to balance the face out again, we look at male models and top PSL guys and men girl dream of and analyze their face accurately, we get that the most imporant features on men are eyes and lower third and hair (and height) by far, we wouldnt get uselss fake cheek implants cause we realize other gigachads like delisola or brad pitt are extremely attractive without ogee curve, we grasp that natural looking result is the aim, we understand that after a certain looks level (6/10 facw, 5'9 height) getting surgery is dumb cause u look good enough for like 95% of females lready so getting plastic surgery would be redundant, after that point personality and money and shit is way more imporntant for attracting girls, real winners in this world are high iq guys like me , @Marsik , destiny, ben shapiro or jordan peterson, we think ahead of the curve and factor in everty litte detail, winners are not determined their looks, its determind about how they use their brain
