I don't use percentages or PSL (trash). I use /10 which I guess is similar to percentages, 5/10 as a baseline (5/10 meaning average, by definition, not particularly ugly, not particularly good looking, just somewhere in between) If you're below average that means you're like a 4/10, 30% which I suppose would be 3/10 would is way too high to be low tier normie, a 4/10 man is already a bit ugly, 3/10 is ugly default, 2/10 is very ugly, 1/10 is subhuman, and below 1 is basically deformed, HTN at 8/10 (80%) is insane, most people are not 7's let alone 8's or 9's.
