His mandible + maxilla did ascend quite a bit, but as others say, he is still way below normie, with shitty frame, cuck smile etc. He is still invisible. Mandible shouldve been longer by like 1-1.5 cm or even 2 cm.

Also while the jaw surgery mightve somewhat fixed his maxilla + jaw, his top of the forehead is still way to rounded, also no brow ridge. Orbitals still kinda lacking.

Thats the big difference of surgery VS a properly well developed maxilla, it gives you everything else too like cheekbones, browridge, orbital bones, zygo, forehead with very little curvature etc.

Look at the graphic of how a forhead would look with a properly developed maxilla, its way less rounded on top:
