I've tried being nt and bonding with them but I can just tell they dont even register me as human.
it always feels so forced trying to talk with them, I should be able to come to these functions being accepted for who I am and be treated like another guy there.
But I'm not.
I get the impression they don't take me seriously, and it bothers me a lot.
But I have to be around these guys anyways because I have very people pleasing parents that care more about how I'm perceived at these functions than what I actually experience.

Ion really have any cousins and the few ones I have I've only talked to when I was like 10 years old, but IDGAF if someone in my family would be a sub5 wheelchaired sub human with a down syndrome, I'll still treat him unconditionally as family.

I remember this one time I was sitting in a room with my cousins in a separate room from everyone else at the function, and we were talking about going to a bar after the function ended and that's when my ND dad wandered over to us and started chatting with us uninvitingly
We told him about our plans and he jestered me as the but of the joke telling me I should go with them.
I ended up saying nah I don't want to go on second thought, because now it seemed like I got him to ask them if I could go with them on some beta shit when in reality this guy is an absolute cuck and was willing to expend his own son for some kind of validation from my cousins. Nobody fucking likes this guy.
