You don’t ‘fix’ it overnight, you just build it up slowly. Start with tiny reps eye contact for like 1 second, saying a quick ‘yo’, adding one comment in a group. Do that enough times and your brain stops freaking out. Isolation makes it 10x worse, so you gotta ease yourself back in little by little.
