creo que deberias de hacer esas rutinas que hay por aqui, haz 250 saltos verticales diarios en ayunas, sube la testo de todas las formas que puedas naturalmente, en resumen optimiza tus hormonas, si es que solo te faltan huesos con eso deberia funcionar, aumenta dht
