Even as somebody who's comparatively practical in terms of surgery (on this forum), the dude was a legitimate candidate for (by most surgeons' standards):

• Trimax (with followup chin wing or some sort of mandibular angling)
• Rhinoplasty
• Hair transplant (despite being in high school for that picture)
• Eyebrow transplant

And if we're being picky, he would also have benefitted from canthoplasty and otoplasty.
