question science with meaningful questions and don't come off arrogant when you don't like the answers

ok bro i will start to believe in conspiracy theories
bro there is more to truth than science or conspiracy theories, you dont have to choose between 2 extremes

Why would you question science on no basis.

"science is an extreme"

ok bro
it is an extreme to put all your faith into science yes, it is another extreme to only believe in conspiracy theories. you have to find a right balance, but if you believe science always equals truth then thats an extreme

There is a basis. Scientific papers and method. In which case shouldn't you trust the science
That's not really trusting it

That is knowing it

too bad the definition of scientific method is as substantial as the one we use for god in monotheism

(i know 99.99% of people always read statements like this one as "science = religion", but not really my problem)

op, correct. you can draw parallels between pretty much every single basic tenet of abrahamic religions and science.

not currently. Science nowadays is a cult and you get shunned for questioning its core tenets

Except that doesn't mean that some highschool dropout boomer's opinion has the same value of a scientist

Some schizo with a tinfoil hat on facebook didn't make his tests and researches, he just decided to believe someone else

Obviously👍

i don't mistrust all science, just the stuff that has an agenda behind it, like

take the jab
don't eat meat
bug meat is good for you
industrial seed oils are good for you
saturated fat causes heart disease

stuff like that

Science was born with Islam and raped by jews

Exactly

A lot of these things aren't even "science"
For example meat has been proven by real science to actually be good for you

and i just lol when people say shit like "well this scientist said so" or "my doctor said so", just str8 appeal to authority shit

scientists were also telling us ciggs are good for us and that fat is bad and that we should eat lots of processed sugar instead

now they are telling us red meat causes heart disease and that industrial engine oil is heart healthy :lul:

once new research starts connecting seed oils to diabetes and alzheimers and skin cancer then they will say oops my bad lmfao

how can science both proof that meat is good for you and at the same time bad for you? who says which science is correct in this case? science is not the same as physical laws for example, science is a manmade concept

Yeah

It's very sad that a lot of mainstream "science" has a political agenda behind it

Yeah that's pretty much my point

We shouldn't go around blindly trusting everything

If something is self evident then I shouldn't need to 'trust' it. The only reason 'science' said that is because it was so obvious the entire vaccination campaign and production and press coverage was dodgy as fuck and a gigantic money grab.

They were simply tapping into the human tendency to want to believe in something bigger than themselves. Since most people have moved away from religion they have to put their faith in Man. Science is the mechanism in which people begin to create a religion out of a need to worship and have faith in something.

This is pretty much exactly my point

Actual science isn't to be trusted because we have proof

But these new political agendas supposedly backed by " science" should be analyzed critically and not just blindly followed
