I have studied Christ from many different angles. I have looked into different denominations and studied their histories
Unfortunately, no Christian denomination I know of actually does his teachings justice.
I genuinely believe if he were to come down, he wouldn't identify as any denomination we have
His true teaching were to look within. It's internal not external. External worship was a way to keep you a follower.
If you need a middle man like an institution or a person for your connection to God, then you're dependent on an external system.
Connection to God must be in its most fundamental form, a DIRECT connection EVERYBODY has access to. Something accessible to all, is through their perception of being - a universal experience..
To put your faith in Christ, is to put your faith in the Holy Spirit within you. The breath of God, the Divine Light you possess
Remove your Ego/Personality (personal will) to allow for the Divinity (divine will) to shine through. We humans have both of these, but we prioritise our human personal will - our personalities over our Divinities
You remove it by being kind to another person. There is no attachment to human identity (Ego), if you see the same Divine Light in other humans
That's why he preached kindness
Be of service to other people. Help them out always
You are no different to anybody else
Ego is your human individual. It's not Pride or "I am the best/ greatest/ etc"
Pride is contained within Ego. It is a small part of Ego
Ego is the idea of I/me as a whole
So even if you're being humble and say "I am not that good/ you are better/ etc". That would be Ego
You have to dissolve that seperation between you and other people.
If you don't take down those walls seperating every entity (human and not), then in your perception, you are trapping yourself and other people in their human identities
To be free is to give up these boundaries.
