The only thing required to lose weight and get below 10% bodyfat is motivation. If you measure your weight everyday and really want to lose bodyfat, you won't feel any hunger.
If you are motivated enough you can fast for 5 days straight without being hungry.

Btw, sugar is your best friend when it comes to appetite regulation and weight management. And I mean, sugar only, not sugar mixed with fats/protein as in most junk foods and sweets.

you should guys leanmax only if you have some muscle on you
for example lean prime chico might look skinny but he has actually good muscle on him
if you literally have no muscles you will look 100x worse when leanmaxxing

Good points except the one about sugar. In my view, there are two ways of approaching dieting:

1. Eat a large volume of foods, high in protein, moderate to low carb and low fat. This food will taste bland, not be very satisfying, but fill your stomach. This is the superior to lose fat for people who are sedentary or lift weights as only real activity
2. Eat "normal" good foods in smaller quantities. Macros go out the windows, can be high carb, low protein, medium fat. The good thing is it will be mentally satisfying, its easier to live with, but requires more control over your intake via counting or having good knowledge of what the foods contain. Good for active lifestyles to fuel training.

I find both can work, but I definitely feel way less "on" a diet when I'm eating normal foods. I used to be all about maximizing protein intake for muscle retention, but considering male models have shit tier lifts and focus most of their training on cardio, I believe muscle mass isn't very important, its all about fat percentage. Only low T DYELs who legit are auschwitz tier need worry about it. I've lifted weights for years and have high T so idgaf about wasting my time lifting weights anymore.

yeah definitely true, I think the main reason people are getting fatter and fatter is largely because food is engineered to be way too delicious for our dumb brains to handle. But I don't think any macronutrient is worse than another once calories are accounted for, as all science has told us for years

actually i have a positive opinion about glutammate because it makes heathy food become tasty
I put it in soups, lentils, beans and even pasta

Do fruits count as the bad sugar?
 
fructose is as bad as saccarose (scientific name for sugar)
they both increase insulin resistance
So I shouldn’t be eating any fruits at all?

fast 20 hrs - > 1-2hrs cardio and strength - > eat 2000 cal healthy low carb

Throw that shit out. You want to run on glucose and lower the adrenaline not the opposite. I ended up with weak thyroid and adrenal fatigue because of fasting, yohimbine and coffee. 24/7 on adrenaline to the point my hands and feet were freezing cold in summer...

CICO always applies. I eat as much carbs as I want, because I have thyroid issues. Reducing them ups cortisol, adrenaline and I get super cold. That's catabolic.

Yes, but being above 20%bf is simply stupid. Nobody tells you to shred below 8%. Stay at 14-15% because that's easy to maintain.

This. And if you got poor muscle inserts and are "bony" in a bad way like your bones protrude a lot then you'll look absolutely terrible.

Moda + black coffee = the easiest way to lose fat.

I did OMAD + two 24h fasts per week while on those, add in multivitamins/supplements and you're set.
