I hate to say it but many simply don’t want it bad enough. Now I normally hate to hear privileged grifters, scammers, and gurus overuse that phrase because it does misplace the responsibility in a moral sense, but pragmatically it still may as well be true. The difference for many between a good youth and a bad youth is just a few hours laying on an operating table. Surgery is not this insurmountable barrier if your desire and will is strong enough to overpower the limitations. Somebody who has lived a life of exclusion, ridicule, bullying, outcasting, missing out, etc, filled with regret and hatred of their life, should not lose hope; in fact, they should rejoice in their purpose, and channel their pain into running headfirst toward this crazy dream.
