And I always say this, .org has the wrong idea of gym Cellini. Size is dimorphic. You need to look big with clothes on, even if you have to get to 18% bf. If you’re one of those guys who looks skinny then takes off his shirt and is shredded it’s not a huge SMV boost.

This guy went up .5 SMV. Average body to sand size but shredded. The only increase comes from the fact his face leaned out. So he went from 5/10 to a 5.5-5.75/10

This guy gained I’d say 3 SMV points. From a 4/10 to a 7/10. Before he looked skinny with clothes on, now he looks big with clothes on
