There isn't a bigger variety of people because there's way less users. The reason many people prefer it over org is that exact thing. Less users = Better connections, deeper conversations, more understanding and more freedom.

Unless you're active 24/7 on org, you'll most likely be talking with people you don't even know 90% of the time. On com it's the exact opposite.

To each their own. I understand why users would prefer both.

Well there are tight friend group on org aswell, but the thing is that there's so many users here that it's easy to find your place.

Yes, master needs to work on some new anesthetics, It's been outdated for a while now.. It's sad he doesn't like applying suggestions, I've seen some good emoji and layout suggestions but all of them are ignored, especially plugin suggestions by @Menas that would genuinely improve the site tenfold.

I guess master has the mindset of "don't fix something that isn't broken"

I wouldn't want to switch because i made my place here, i basically set up my nest and don't want to abandon it. If something happened to the site (it dying, getting shut down, etc.), then instead of moving on to other forums, I'd just leave the community overall.

I wouldn't say it's more chill.. You will definitely get banned/warned more (especially if you're toxic), but the driving point is that getting banned basically doesn't matter, because the owner (dean) is extremely lenient and will unban you if you just ask nicely lol.
