body proportions= 8 heads

188/8 = 23.5cm

the 2 little bits left are about half his skull length so like 11.5 cm

bidletoid "relaxed" (semi/no pump)= 58.5cm or 23 inches

The two little bits are not exactly half of his skull its like 30% of his skull so that means he probably has like 22inch bideltoid
