trying to get a palate expander but don't wanna make my nose any wider

got any tips on how to avoid making wider or better to make my nose more narrow

Some people say it’s only wider during the expansion then returns to normal I mean worst case get alar plasty and discuss with your provider your concerns

you can expand the palate but not the nose - with surgical assist

but if you want maxilla expansion, not just palate expansion, then you will have to make peace with it

This is true to an extent. Your nose will get slightly wider overall but it won’t be as wide as it looks mid treatment - it does get back narrower
