This means you will have the "no social circle failo" because chances are you will not be able to find a social circle as a non native
If you do it will probably be with a group of other non natives who are there for college or some tech job and the chance of any of them actually being a halo to associate rather than a failo is extremely slim. So now you're alone in another country eg. Poland where you seek a HQNP girl to be your girlfriend

You get talking to her and share snapchats and when she asks what you do on weekends you try pretend you have friends to meet up with when actually you don't
