Intense bonemass challenge
Im gonna try for a month (Starting as of now, and the whole of Juny) to increase my bone mass in my face. I read a few articles and have concluded my regime which I will do every other day/every other 2 days.

Supplements:
Spamming K2 vitamin and probaly some other as well.
Vitamin D I get from the sun since im outside a lot.
Techniques:
Chewing with my incisors hard for small intervals and hard mewing right after by pressing my tounge hard up against my palate.
Bonesmashing (maybe once a week, not often), zygo and chin.
Boxing (just intense training, no sparring)
