Trying to increase bonemass in face while in puberty,

Intense bonemass challenge
Im gonna try for a month (Starting as of now, and the whole of Juny) to increase my bone mass in my face. I read a few articles and have concluded my regime which I will do every other day/every other 2 days.

The regime:
Supplements:
Spamming K2 vitamin and probaly some other as well.​
Vitamin D I get from the sun since im outside a lot.​
Techniques:
Chewing with my incisors hard for small intervals and hard mewing right after by pressing my tounge hard up against my palate.​
Bonesmashing (maybe once a week, not often), zygo and chin.​
Boxing (just intense training, no sparring)​
I will report back every week with progress and document the process.

sprint for 100m 7 times in a session
Do it as much as u want in a week
No specific frequency
But do it as so u don't loose the habit
This will increase ur test and hgh

Week 1:
I have noticed my masseaters have become bigger, but also my face has become a bit bloated from the chewing. Im changing up my regime to chew every other day/ every 2 days. I have also implemented thumbpulling after hard chewing sessions to put more pressure on the palate + hard mewwing after. I have noticed a very small difference on the cheekbone located underneath the corner of my eye. Its more sharper and adds like a contour down the cheek if that makes sense. I will try to get in pictures for the next update.

Week 2-4:
My face has become more sharper and defined. I definitly have increase my actractiveness noticeably. Jawline and cheekbones are much more defined aswell. My masseater muscles have remained kinda the same since last, havent seen much big change.

Vitamin K2, Vitamin D (Sun), Magnesium, Zinc, Liquid Clorophyll

I gave up on thumbpulling since its so demanding. Im also gonna start training neck to increase the width and also do hyoid exercises.

Week 4-6:
I havent really noticed a lot more different. My face has slightly wider and I have a hint of hollow cheekness incoming (before working out)

Magnesium, Zinc

Week last:
I have noticed my masseaters have become bigger and have increased my hollow cheeks (even with my shit eating). In addition I do see a bit difference with my chin. It became a bit more square and very little wider. In addition my cheekbones also are a bit defined. I think a combination with getting lean and doing cardio this will show more. I think that chewing does help and makes a difference. Only one problem is when I open my jaw wide and move it side to side it kinda pops the masseters on the one side weird. Other then that its 100% legit. I wish I did this when I was younger it would have been quicker and more effiecient, however I will continue, only not so frequently.
