facial width to height ratio, some studies show if your face is very wide wrt to the height you have more fighting success , dimorphic etc , meanwhile sommerhalder and khabib have mediocre fwhr, did sommerhalder have jaw implants? idk man

Only thing you can do is having the jaw push more forward (jaw surgery inc. ccw rotation).

Then add jaw width. Implants and or chewing.
It's not ideal, would say the biggest problem of the longer face is the lack of jaw width. To top it off widen the neck.

This is also assuming you softmax (Skincare, haircare and take care of eye brows and eye lashes).

If the person is young (I doubt that) that mewing and facepullers and things like that cja work. I am talking than about males in the beginning of puberty.

On avg a long face is a failo. Because on avg you lack other good features to compensate it.

Yeah widening the maxilla works. But it's hard to accomplish it.

As far as I know there are only a few methods.

MSE is often talked here. It widens the upper palette and a little bit the alveolar bone and zygos. It may give you a moonface since it widens the middle part that is usually at people with longer faces way whider then the maxilla.

Implants are the most often done. That's why I said that one. Would say multiple piece lefort 1 in combination with something that widens the teeth arc is the best. Good luck getting that. Don't think it's realistic. Would say that adding width to the lower third is the best fix that is realistic. Even chewing can accomplish that slightly.

Thank you for your comment. What do you think would be the best recommened surgeries regardless if it's realistic or not? "luckily" my middle face is also very narrow So MSE wouldnt really fuck it up in this regard. Which surgeons perform Multiple piece jaw surgery? You can also DM me if you like.

Sounds like you have a plan thought out. Good luck with it. Will cost a lot tough. Multiple 10k's.

Always stick to softmaxing while going to ascend. Also do things step by step so your plan is so more flexible if something turned out better or bad.
