Trying to understand empathy

So let me break this down overall ive personally always had problems with feeling empathy. When I was a small child I used to never understand why people would cry etc just understand my own pain.

Now that has me making this post is to get a break down from you boys, to see if ygs experience the same. It’s as if now Im there but not at the same time. This condition has definitely got worse over time due to troubles I had endured etc.. but do you boys experience this or no. I also have extreme feeling for things like anger and disgust so extremely ugly people make me have this frustration and make me want to take advantage.

Dnr if you want ik it’s a lot bhais but just curious if Im one of the only few people who experience this

I don’t really fear normies I can stand them but I can’t look them in their eyes. I don’t have very nice feelings towards women but thats just from past experiences with them. Im very good at adjusting myself with people on my supplement but off of it I isolate my self from all attention due to the feel of constant judgment

Had issues with empathy my entire life, went to a psych they told me over time that i have heightened empathy levels and understanding of emotions most don't and I didn't really understand till they said my empathy causes me to shutdown and ignore it since i feel it so heavily.

I have schizotypal and still have issues with it.
In a relationship, it definitely shows with people i trust, but if it's someone i'm not close with (basically everyone) I'm pretty cold hearted and I honestly hate it.
