i just finished will do it twice more (EOD/E2D) then prob provide one big update by the 8th once all my swelling is gone to see if i managed to ascend at all in 2 weeks by locking in on leanmaxxing and also fat dissolving folds/submental (+ this and minor botox in nose base)

ive also injected aqualyx into my nose tip maybe it helped but you need many sessions i believe. i only did one session of 0.07 mL x 3 points. though my third point (in the center) mightve been too deep tho the side points might have decreased very slightly but not really. i'll probably inject again if i have any aqualyx left over and if this doesnt work.

Minor updates for my own records (if I want to redo months in the future) and if anyone’s curious (did procedure at night):

Day after - redness minimal swelling 5 tiny blisters that looked like tiny whiteheads - applied antimicrobial acne cream on them

2 days after- redness mostly gone down, minor but still not very noticeable swelling (but more than yesterday), 2 small blisters left

Happy there’s some swelling so maybe results will come. Did ~7 minutes on 5/10 power the RF gel that came with the machine is shit that’s why i got burnt cuz it kept sliding off

Expected recovery tomorrow or Monday - so can hopefully do a second session then

update:

- the minor swelling subsided fully by morning of day 4
- UC seems promising as the very front looks slightly less bulbous
- i say very front because i also decided to try nose botox on sunday (the 3rd) night. 2 units in 4 different points (2 muscles (dilator naris and alar nasalis) x 2 sides). results started showing today as my nose looks quite a bit less bulbous with both procedures having kicked in.
- no change in alar base from botox yet. still at 38 mm, which is okay but i would prefer 37 mm, though i thought it looked slimmer because it looked a bit less bulbous. maybe slightly less flare when smiling, though i can't smile because it looks weird since my upper lip doesn't move much because of lip botox so it doesn't matter.

overall rating change in my opinion: +0.05-0.075/10 with less bulbous nose. not a big change, but it's only been a few days and 1 session of UC. max i expect +0.1 with an ideal tip

Been like a week since I also added Botox and people keep telling me my nose has gotten smaller/less bulbous I think the result is 70% Botox 30% UC as lowkey I didn’t even use that much tox. Fortunately normies still think rhinoplasty is the only way to shrink nose so I larp and say I fixed inflammation by eating better

I want a more permanent result and while Botox might give that over many sessions i don’t want to keep injecting my nose. Would rather just do 1-3 more UC sessions every 2 weeks over the summer and call it a day since my alar base only decreased by 0.5 mm (from alar Botox only) so the decreased size perception is all from a less bulbous tip.

Though I might have to wait until the Botox expires a bit in a month or two so I can see how many sessions I need and not overmelt, though even with Botox I can tell you I still “need” one (like my nose doesnt stand out anymore but I don’t want it to be bulbous at all just sharp)

Good plan I mean my issue is bone too (slightly wide bridge) but if you can manage to reduce the tip enough to get that inverted triangle shape you should still be better off. Botox only changes how bulbous it is and width in motion

Like the bone can be wide but if your alar base is good your nostrils aren’t wide and your nose isn’t bulbous that’s 90% of frontal aesthetics
