been looking into carotenoids which are a class of more than 750 naturally occurring pigments. some of them are more effective than others and (as far as I know) can give you a fake tan or orange skin color. since there are 750 of them im not sure which ones to take. some ppl said "astaxanthin" others recommended beta-carotene. im not sure which ones work best. also i did say by all means possible but i will not be injecting peptides. roi js not worth it to be orange.
