i made one around 10 yrs ago but opening up that part of my brain made me schizo, the tulpa would get mad at me, and I’d feel it, the downsides of having a real friend basically but inside your skull

i decided to quit when another voice came in, of god that promised to reward me if I did arbitrary commands, like putting my head under the covers or picking something up. He promise to punish me for doing wrong things and worked his way up.

either he told me stuff as reward or i used latent esp which was pretty cool ngl
