Gonna start running it next week and up my protein to 1g per lb of bodyweight
instead of 1g per lb of lbm just to make sure im not leaving any gains on the table
I should really be gaining regardless as a newb but i want to leave no stone unturned

Hopefully the caps i bought arent a dud:feelswhy:

1g per lb is a myth. You only need around 0.72-0.81g of protein per lb of bodyweight when bulking, after that point there are no additional benefits to consuming more protein. Eating more than that could just be harmful instead.

Im using ecdysterone, there was a study that showed most ecdysterone was havily underdosed, even for known brands. Turkesterone probs worse.
Didn't notice much.
